Rebuild price history from transactions in SecurityHistory account

Do the following after importing the QIF files:

1. Bring up the Account List window, and select the All Types tab.
2. Highlight the SecurityHistory investment account in the list.
3. Press and hold CTRL-Z, and then double-click on the investment account.
4. Click on OK when asked if you want to recalculate transactions.

This operation will scan the SecurityHistory investment account, and add price history entries for every found security/date combination.
