Please send key by return e-mail (crashed my hard drive & lost the info!) Thanks!
Any possibility the .hlp file could be supplemented with a .doc file for those of us who like to have a hard copy describing installation, processing, etc. at our side, rather than negotiating WinHelp? The .hlp file is comprehensive, mind you, but I found myself skipping around a lot. Or perhaps a .doc version could be made available at your Download site?
Sorry, I didn't mean to Submit anonymously.

I have too many transactions (6 months worth) to convert from MYM 2.1 to Quicken. I have your conversion program and have successfully tested it. However, I don't want to loose history by simply converting balances at 12/31 and relying on two systems. Can you help with a conversion from MYM 2.1 to Quicken 6?
I have over 10 years of MYMDOS data that is in MYM Close Out Previouis Year formats. MYMDOS versions 4 through 12. Is it possible to merge this data into one data set for import into Quicken?
Are you working on a version that will convert MYM for Windows Version 3.0 to Quicken 98?
WHICH PROGRAM DO I DOWNLOAD? THE ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM M2QEXTR.EXE OR M2Q520? THIS WOULD BE MY FIRST DOWNLOAD. ALSO, I CAN'T TELL FROM THIS WEBSITE WHERE I WOULD ASK QUESTIONS. ON THE DISCUSSION PAGE?
Is there any way to convert from MYM for Win V3? Please reply to TGKS83A@prodigy.com.
Monday I sent in my registration via E-Mail. As of this writing I have not received my "Key".
Would you please advise as to wether you received it or not?

This is not a suggestion, so much as a question.
When trying to access your web site (with Netscape3.01) get an error message stating:
HTTP/1.0 403 Access Forbidden.
Only by repeated attempts get I finally get in. Do you have any suggestions?
I'm here, trying to figure out how to convert my MYM11 files.
Please email a response to email@example.com
Thanks, Clark Bennett
I have hundreds of categories in my MYM database. While importing the data into Quicken '98 it reported duplicate category names. Since it didn't tell me which name was duplicated it would be nice, if while importing/exporting the data, your program flagged duplicate names. I'm sure it was caused by the truncation to 15 characters imposed by Quicken.
i want to download the software to convert files from mym12 to quicken....how do I get a key ?
I am long time user of MYM-originally and not long ago DOS 12 and recently win3. I now recognize the need to go to Quicken because MYM has been orphaned. I downloaded the program, but it is quite beyond me. Do you know of anyone who will convert this for me for a fee?
1) Get rid of the annoying music 2) Let REGISTERED users who have paid for MYM2QIFW but have switched to new hardware have a chance to re-use MYM2QIFW
I have over 6 years of data in MYM v3 format and your MYM2QIFW will not translate it. If you would up grade it or do a new version for MYM v3. I think you would have a good market for the program.

Any hope of a version to convert MYM Win Ver 3 to QIF format? email@example.com
I am considering purchasing your program. I am concerned that I may have problems making the conversion from MYM-Win 2.1 to MS Money '99.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Marc L. Tenzer, MD firstname.lastname@example.org
Please consider enhancing you rproduct to allow translation from MYM for Windows version 3. I can see from the discussion area that I am not the only person to have made and stuck out the problems with MYM Win 3 upgrade. Now however, all of us appear to be stuck, and willing to pay for help.
I would more than interested in volunteering to Beta Test, or even Alpha Test.
Sincerely, David P. Evers email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org
Will you be updating MYM2QIF to work directly w/Q99, or do we have to convert to Q98 first?
This link appears to be in error. can you tell me the correct link? thanks
Have someone monitor discussion and post answers. Only one item in the last twelve months has had an answer posted to the item.
You should answer or get answer from Quicken, Money or MECA if you can't answer.
I can't buy your product until my problem is solved.

We are having trouble ferreting out all the hyphenated words before converting MYM12 to Quicken 99. Can illegal characters (-/\, etc.) be found and replaced by some automated routine? It would save us a lot of time and add great value to your program.
Ever been in a store and unable to find the casher? That is how I feel. I down loaded you program, converted my files, and appreciate what it does. Now I want to pay so I can complete the process. Can't find the casher. I've been to about three or four screens and can't find the screen where you want the credit card, or payment procedure. OOOldFart@AOL.COM
I ran into a couple of problems trying to signup for and trial your conversion program because I'm using Quicken 99 and MYM from Royal Bank of Canada.
What QIF type do you check for Quicken 99 or when will this be available? I also have Quicken 98 and could do a Qif to Quicken 98 and then an export or convert. What's best?
What type is Royal Direct PC Banking with Managing your Money Version 1:00. This is a special version of MYM for Royal Bank of Canada. Their number is 1 800 769 2555.
Royal Bank have just recently allowed their users to use Quicken download (only on Quicken 99) and any of us that have investment files on Quicken will all be converting over. I just recently asked both their tech support and Intuit Canada and also a senior manager in Royal whether there was any way to convert my 2 years of MYM data over to Quicken - and nobody could help out! I found your website and would be pleased to test it out for you. Failing that, I'd like to register once we get the answers to the above questions.
You know I downloaded your software under the impression that it was a freeware product, or at least a shareware product. Not crippleware. After the installation when I was informed that your product was crippleware, I immediately came back to the web site to see if it said anything about that anywhere on your website and it doesn't. Not a very good way to do business. I am currently working with some of my programming friends to make a product that will convert files from several different products into quicken to post on the internet for free as an alterative to yours and make people aware of your business practices. Not very good business.
I just wanted to thank you for making this utility available. I am an old MYM user (I have version 10 for DOS, which runs without any problems on my Windows 98!). I have been tearing my hair out looking for a new version of MYM for Windows, only to find that it is no longer available =( I have been searching for a conversion utility (since I was forced to buy Quicken), and have been unsuccessful until finally coming to your site. Thanks very much!! firstname.lastname@example.org
You need a method to take my MYMDOS v12 files directly and convert them to quicken format. Upon reading your directions and learning that I need to make an export of each individual account (I have many), I have decided it will be easier to convert to MYMWIN v.3. If intuit wants me as a customer, I need a painless way to convert all my MYM data. I also notice that once I am finished, my insruance organizer and similar stuff are not converted. This is a major loss of data as far as I am concerned.

Could I get a more detailed instruction set for your program. Need nuts and bolts security blanket.
I wanted to read in the discussion messages from people who have used your program to convert eventually to Quicken or Money. When I clicked on the messages either nothing happened, or I received an error message! Can that be fixed? It would be nice to know how people chose between converting to either Quicken or Money.
I AM USING MYM 3.0 AND WANT TO CONVERT TO QUICKEN 99. IS THAT SOFTWARE AVAILABLE? OR DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO CONVERT FILES TO QUICKEN?
I am a MYM user for several years(since 94).....what is status of y2k vs mym? contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to migrate my data from MYM 12 for DOS into Quicken (I think). Can you recommend products that can accomodate the lost features that will not translate into quicken such as appointment scheduler, card file, insurance organizer? Hopefully, there is an integrated product that includes all of these like MYM 12 did.
i have gotten to the point of trying to process. at step one things again are very confueing you referr to "Money Accounts", but the screen does not show anything to this effect. your detailed help notes refers to F-4, but F-4 does not work in your program or in my MYMWin version 2.1. where do I go from here? thank you.
Where can I purchase MYM12 program for my computer? Please reply to my E-Mail address. dsnihart @bellsouth.com
I have looked at another computer with it on and would like to purchase it. Can it be downloaded from the internet?
Thanks Dave Nihart
how do I do?
I've tried to follow your procedures including exporting files to .csv files in my folder c:\mym12\2000data. I cannot understand your "step 3".
Perhaps you can clarify the procedure for me.
I've followed the process and exported my data to .csv files in my folder C:\mym12\2000data.
I cannot understand step 3 in the process. Hopefully you can advise me so I can continue.

I have downlaoded MYM2q543. Now what? My MYM12 has been imported by MYMWIN2 and I bought Quicken 2000 Deluxe. I need some assistance.
D. Jacobs firstname.lastname@example.org
I'm unsure if I can convert my MYMWIN3 files to a QIF. The welcome message on Response Mechanics, Inc's support web does not specifically identify MYMWIN3 (WYM Ver 3.0) as being included in the program. I have downloaded MYM2QIFW but haven't been able to get the requested file converted.
Several years ago I converted from mym12 to quicken. Recently I purchased an xp computer, transferred my old data and then realized I no longer had the installation discs. How can I access my old data?
I WOULD LIKE TO CONVERT MY MYM12 PROGRAM WITH ALL OF ITS DATA INCLUDING ITS CARD FILE AND RECORD FILE INTO QUICKEN. ARE THERE ANY PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR A COMPUTER ILLITERATE?
